We have completed 2 major Midpoint Expansion demolition projects on Concourses C & D. Cornerstone Demolition and Grading is currently participating in the initial phase of site development for the New Falcon’s Stadium Project in downtown Atlanta. Cornerstone recently completed the demolition of a 95,000 s.f. shopping center for the Georgia Department of Transportation. Keeping Cornerstone Green
Cornerstone Demolition & Grading, Inc. is very involved in C&D waste recovery and recycling. Landfill space is diminished. There are increasingly stringent rules and regulations on construction and demolition waste. Such factors make waste recovery endeavors more important than ever before. Salvaging materials can be both an economical and environmentally sound alternative to disposing in our landfills. In addition, recycling C&D waste can help developers and contractors meet certain goals associated with Green Building Directives under the U.S. Green Building Council LEED Program.
