Our roll-offs are large, portable dumpsters that you can rent from Cornerstone Demolition, Grading & Roll-Off Services. They come in a variety of sizes and have a much larger capacity than a traditional can. This makes them perfect for large-scale construction and demolition projects, tree debris removal, junk clean-up, renovations, landscaping, and more. One of our dedicated drivers will drop off the dumpster, you fill it up, then we haul it off when you are done.

Cornerstone’s dumpsters range from 10 yards to 30 yards. The 20-yard dumpsters are used for concrete and 30-yard dumpsters are well suited for most demolition jobs. For tree removal and other large demolition jobs, we recommend a 30-yard roll-off. Our knowledgeable team can help you decide which roll-off dumpster size is best for you.

You can put most items in our dumpsters – furniture, appliances, construction debris, yard waste, tree limbs, household trash, concrete, demolition debris and much more.

Please DO NOT put tires, paint, oil, gas, explosives, batteries, or any other hazardous materials into the dumpster. We also do not accept cross ties, phone poles or any type of wood that is treated with creosote.You will incur heavy fees if you violate these policies.

The short answer is yes—household waste, yard debris, and other kinds of trash can all go into the same dumpster. However, keep in mind that each dumpster has a specific weight limit, and if your dumpster exceeds that limit, the cost is $70 per additional ton.

If you have large amounts of dirt, concrete, or yard debris, it may be in your best interest to rent one of our 20-yard dumpsters for mixed heavy debris or the 30-yard for tree debris.

If you mix your trash, we have to take it to the landfill, where they charge per ton. However, if you rent a dumpster for just tree debris, we’re able to take it to a tree processing facility, and you don’t have to worry about weight limits. Just fill up your dumpster with tree debris.

Similarly, if you have a 20-yard dumpster filled with just dirt or just concrete, we can take it to specific facilities where they can recycle these materials and do not charge by the ton. Keep in mind there is a 10-ton weight limit for dirt and concrete, which is generally filling the 20 yard box half full.

As a home or business owner, it can be almost impossible to know the weight of your dumpster. However, generally speaking, dumpsters with household debris (home cleanouts, minor renovations, etc.) tend not to exceed the weight limit. It’s when you start adding dirt, concrete, bricks, tile, and other heavy materials that things really start adding up.

No, unfortunately not. However, when we pick up the dumpster, the dumpster is tilted as it’s loaded onto the truck and excess water is able to drain out at that time.

While we understand that water can soak into debris, causing it to be heavier, we are not responsible for weight overages due to water retention. If you are concerned about this, be sure to check the weather before ordering your dumpster or ask about having it placed in an enclosed area.

Some people see a roll-off dumpster on a property and think that it’s okay to dump their own trash. While we understand that you cannot control what others put into your bin, the dumpster and the contents therein are the responsibility of the renter.

When you call to rent a roll-off, our goal is to have it to you the same day or the next morning.

You can keep the dumpster for as long as you need it. The first 2 weeks after delivery is free and then it is $25 per week (rental) until you are finished with it. Then you just call us to have it finaled out and picked up.

You can cancel your roll off order with a minimum of a 12-hour notice. We will refund the total paid minus the credit card fee, which is non-refundable.

If you cancel while our driver is en route, you will be charged a $150 trip fee.

If you wish to cancel after the dumpster has been dropped, you will be responsible for the entire cost of the rental.

The dumpster will need to be placed on a flat, level area, and preferably not on low or wet ground. Be mindful to place the dumpster away from underground septic tanks, field lines and overhead power lines. There will also need to be enough room for our driver to unload the dumpster off of the truck and be able to stay out of the street.

We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards. If a card is used, transaction fees will be applied to the payment.

Unfortunately, as of late, fraudulent activity in the roll off industry has been on the rise, so if someone asks you to pay for one of our dumpsters via Zelle, CashApp, Venmo or any other digital payment platform, please proceed with caution.

For residential customers, the dumpster hauling and partial disposal fees must be paid prior to delivery.

For businesses, Cornerstone will ask for a credit card to be kept on file for one time service and set an account up (to invoice at Net15 terms) for continued service.

We do not charge delivery fees for roll-off dumpsters. Fees will include hauling of the dumpster, disposal fees, and rental fees (if kept more than 2 weeks). Each size dumpster has a specific weight limit, and if the contents in your dumpster exceed that limit, there will be an additional fee of $70 per ton, however, you will be notified of the charge, prior to the transaction.
